Halo phenomenons are born from reflection and refraction of the Sun and the Moon, when in atmosphere is ice crystals. Halo phenomenons can be unlike in appearances for example arcs, rings and light columns. Halo phenomenons generally is born from the light of the Sun, the Moon and artificial lightings.

This picture has been taken from the edge of the centre. The lights were really high and also  very beautiful.
