Halo phenomenons are born from reflection and refraction of the Sun and the Moon, when in atmosphere is ice crystals. Halo phenomenons can be unlike in appearances for example arcs, rings and light columns. Halo phenomenons generally is born from the light of the Sun, the Moon and artificial lightings.

The lights rose high up towards sky. The lights were born above street lamps and different lights, from which they rose very beautifully as light  columns towards dark sky.
