Giants of the BibleThe minds of many people throughout of the history had occupied thoughts that who are the giants, and the sons of God mentioned in the Bible. Also among Christians are different interpretations of that who they are. In this writing, I research what the Bible says about the giants and the sons of God. Study and test my writing with the word of God in the prayer. The sons of God and the daughters of men Gen 6:2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. The sons of God are fallen angels, which rebelled and sinned against God. These fallen angels are the spirits of darkness, and satan is their leader. Fallen angels saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took them wives. Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. Job 2 is telling us clearly that the sons of God are angels, and part of the angels fell into sin and rebelled against God, and satan is the leader of fallen angels. The Giants
Gen 6:4
In the original text is the word nephilim, which comes from the word naphal, which means to fall. The giants were descendants of fallen angels and the daughters of men. Before the Flood, the sons of God (fallen angels) had the sexual relationship with the daughters of men, who bore children to them. Text says that also after that were giants in the earth, that means that fallen angels had the sexual relationship with the daughters of men also after the Flood. From verse 4 we can see that also after the Flood the sons of God (fallen angels) had been sexual intercourse with the daughters of men, who bore children to them and like this, there were giants in the earth after the Flood. Num 13:33 And there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who come of the Nephilim; and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.' (JPS 1917) Num 13:33 proves that also after the Flood fallen angels had been sexual intercourse with the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Num 13:33 says that the Israelites saw the giants in the land of Canaan, the sons of Anak, who descended from the giants (fallen angels). Jewish Publication Society Bible (JPS 1917) is the Bible translated from Hebrew into English by Jewish rabbis. JPS 1917 Num 13:33 translates according to the original text: we saw the giants (nephilim), the sons of Anak, who come of (descendants) the giants (nephilim). The fallen angels impregnated satanic seed to the daughters of men, and as the consequence of this their descendants (the giants) made filthy and satanic sins. For this reason God decided to destroy the satanic seed from the earth, and the Flood drowned all people, except Noah's family. The original text of the Bible proves clearly that fallen angels had been sexual intercourse with the daughters of men after the Flood. Therefore, Gen 6:4 said after that (the Flood) the sons of God (fallen angels) had the sexual relationship with the daughters of men, because after the Flood in the earth had lived the giants as the Bible also proves this. You can ask that how it is possible, that after the Flood can be the giants, for in the Ark were only Noah and his family no other people. The fallen angels are evil spirits, which after the Flood impregnated again the daughters of men. The fallen angels are not limited and bound by the borders of the human body, because they are evil spirits and the fallen angels didn't die in the Flood, but they continued deceiving the men by sins after the Flood. Because the Bible speaks that after the Flood, were giants and their descendants in the earth, it means that the fallen angels impregnated again the daughters of men. Their descendants became giant nations, in which the Old Testament tells. Before the Flood, the fallen angels and the daughters of men had been the sexual relationship with each other, and for this reason evil of sin got terrible proportions in the earth. According to the Bible, God commanded to destroy the nations, who were after the flood descended from fallen angels and the nations which had adopted their habits. Evil spirits (fallen angels) had the sexual relationship with the daughters of men, and their descendants were under evil sins like burning their children in the fire as offerings to the idols. They lived violently, make contact with evil spirits, practiced unnatural sexual activities (homosexuality, bestiality). These nations were not willing to repent of their sins and wanted to spread evil sins throughout the world, and they were completely controlled by satanic powers, which is why they were doing satanic deeds (burned their own children). For this reason God allowed to destroy these nations, because otherwise evil sins would have destroyed the whole world. If God would not have allowed to destroy these satanic nations, so it could be that today in the world someone would burn little children as offerings to idols. I can understand at this point the Bible and God, and I would see the injustice and unjust, if in the world would be people who would kill their own children, burning them with fire. God commanded to destroy descendants of the fallen angels and the daughters of men, and the nations that had adopted their satanic sins. This command was given at a certain time and concern to certain nations, not all nations. During the time of he New Covenant is not this kind of command. Many people say that they don't understand the command of God to destroy those nations, who descended from fallen angels, but to accuse God for it. If God had not destroyed those nations, so now in the world should be nations, which do a lot of evil things and burned their own children to idols (evil spirits) as offerings. If God had not destroyed these nations, so the same people who accuse God for the destruction of these nations, so those people would accuse today God that why He didn't destroy those awful nations which burn their own children in the fire. They would have said that, how does God allow such evil activity and doesn't do anything? However, God did properly when He destroyed these nations, regardless of whether even some people accuse on Him for it. Destruction of the giant nations
Deut 9: God said in His word that Israelites should pass over Jordan into the land of Canaan, in which lived great nations (the giants), and for the wickedness of the giants, God shall destroy them. In the land of Canaan lived also Anakims (giant nation). God said that Israelites don't possess this land for their righteousness, but for the reason of the wickedness of the giant nations. Like this way also fulfilled promise of God to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The origin of the giant nation was in the satanic union between the fallen angels and the daughters of men. Inside of the giants was satanic evil, because the seed (giant gene) of the evil spirit was their origin. For this reason God destroyed them. The giant nations have settled to live in the region, which God has promised to Israelites. Why the giant nations settled in this land? Evil spirits (the fallen angels) guided the giants in this land, because they tried to prevent fulfilling of God's promise, and they tried to destroy the Israelites and enslave them by satanic sins. I believe that the intention of the giant nations was spread out to deprave all nations of the world. As consequence of sexual intercourse between evil spirits and the daughters of men on the earth born demonic human race. The goal of demonic human race was to corrupt and ruin the moral of the people in the world by satanic sins. God didn't allow this, but He destroyed satanic seed wiping them away from the earth. Sexual intercourse between evil spirits and the daughters of men was sin and against the will of God and this was also a reason why God destroyed the giants, because they were descendants of satanic seed. the sons of the giant (rapha). (JPS 1917) Champion the descendant of the giant 2 Sam 21:20 And there was again war at Gath, where was a champion, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant (rapha). (JPS 1917). Gath was one of the five most important cities of the Philistines, and it was also the native city of Goliath. The champion from Gath of Philistia was the descendant of the giants. War againts the Philistines 2 Sam 21:19 And there was again war with the Philistines at Gob; and Elhanan the son of Jaare-oregim the Beth-lehemite slew Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam. (JPS 1917) In this passage is copying error, because David killed Goliath. Some have assumed that the verse should be: Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite. Goliath was also the descendant of the giant. Giants of Gath 2 Sam 21:22 These four were born to the giant (rapha) in Gath; and they fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants. (JPS 1917) In Gath of Philistia lived the descendants of the giants. Israelites with the help of God were fearless, and they could win the giants in the battle. This tells also exemplary that sin is like the giant, that a man can't win without help of God. With the help of God the giants will fall and the nation of God shall receive the freedom and promises of God. Goliath was a giant 1 Sam
17: Goliath's height was about eleven feet. His coat of mail weighted one hundred and fifty six pounds. His spear's head weighted about eighteen pounds. These measurements reveal to us that how large sized the giants were in the days of the King David. Goliath said to the Israelites: Am not I a Philistine, and you servants to Saul? Choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me. If he is able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him, and kill him, then shall you be our servants, and serve us. The giant of sin wants to make a man from a slave of sin, who serve the filth of sin. This was Goliath's challenge; If you win me, you are free, but if I win you, you must serve me. The giant of sin's desire is to defeat you, and it will make that, if you trust your own power. Do not trust your own power. David didn't trust himself, but he trusted in God with His help and power. The consequence was that the giant of sin fell down and died. With the help of God, you can defeat the giants of sin, and you are free to serve God and receive His promises. Miraculous is the grace and power of God and from it the evidence is that the Israelites have courage to fight against the giants, and they won them with the help of God. The giant nations Deut 2: The Hebrew word rephaim is the plural from the word rapha. The Bible tells for many giant nations; Emim, Anakim and Rephaim. The nation of Israel was before about the huge challenges, when they must conquer the promised land. The giant nations were descendants of evil spirits (the fallen angels), who were full of satanic evil. With the help and by the power of God Israel won these satanic nations. King of Bashan Deut 3:11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the Rephaim (rephaim); behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbah of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man. - (JPS 1917) According to the Bible, the king of Bashan was the remnant of the giants (the son of Anak). King Og's bed of iron was nine cubits in length, and four cubits in width (about 4.5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width (about 14.8 feet x 8.2 feet)) (Deut. 3). Many people hold the accounts of the Bible as fairytales, even though archaeological discoveries have proven a vast majority of Biblical accounts true, which had previously been considered false. Taking into consideration these many Biblical discoveries, it becomes more self-evident that the story about sexual intercourse between rebellious angels and the daughters of men is true. Into question is the Word of the Almighty God, and for this reason the account of the Bible is true. Fallen angels left their own habitation 2 Pe 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; Down to hell means in Greek the place where the wicked dead ones are residing in imprisonment. The Bible says clearly that God threw down to the hell the angels who sinned. Those angels are in chains waiting the great judgement day. When we research this in the light of the Bible's teaching, so it means that part of fallen angels are still free and deceiving people on the earth and part of them are imprisonment in chains. The angels that are imprisoned are those who left their own habitation (spirit body) and who practiced sexual intercourse with the daughters of men. Evil sexual intercourse between the fallen angels and the daughters of men has occurred before and after the Flood. Gen 6:4 proves this by saying that there were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that. Text context is in the days Noah (before the Flood) and the text says that also after those days there has been giants on the earth (after the Flood). The Bible proves also elsewhere, that there were the giants on the earth after the Flood. This proves that the fallen angels had been sexual intercourse with the daughters of the men after the Flood. For this reason God captured and imprisoned those fallen angel whom, after the Flood were again sexual intercourse with the daughters of men. All the fallen angels hadn't yet imprisoned, and the word of God proves this, which tells that these free fallen angels deceive the people on the earth. Part of the fallen angels (who didn't practice sexual intercourse with the daughters of men) are still free and part of them (who practiced sexual intercourse with the daughters of men) are imprisoned. The letter of Jude says about the imprisoned angels. Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. This verse proves that the fallen angels left their celestial bodies, and took the shape of the human body, and they were those fallen sons of God. This also explains that how the fallen angels took the daughters of men to their wives. They left celestial body and took the shape of the human body and as a result of this, they had the sexual relationship with the daughters of men. The letter of Jude says that the angels who left their own habitation is imprisoned in everlasting chains to wait the great judgement day. The reason for imprisonment was that these angels left their own habitation and had sexual intercourse with the daughter of men. Only those angels who practiced evil sex with the daughters of men are imprisoned, but those angels, who didn't leave their own habitation and didn't practice sex with the daughters of men are still free and deceiving people on the earth. The fallen deceiving angels Acts 19:16 and the man in whom was the evil demon leaped upon them, and overpowered them, and threw them down: and they fled out of the house denuded and bruised. Luke 4:33 And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice, The Bible clearly reveals that part of the fallen angels (evil spirits) are not yet tied to imprisonment in the darkness.
1 Pe 3: Through this place, some try to defend that all fallen angels is already imprisoned. When you read the whole context, so you can see that the spirits in prison meant people who rebelled against God, in the days of Noah. Fallen angels had fallen into sin long before when Noah lived. Fallen angels deceived man to make sin already in the garden of Eden. 1 Pe 3:18-20 say, that these spirits were disobedient in the days of Noah. Of course, this means those people who rebelled against God, in the days when Noad was preparing the ark. The angels in the heaven don't marry Matt 22:30 for in the resurrection of the dead, they do not take wives, nor are wives given to husbands; but they are as the angels of god in heaven. Some people teach that the angels don't marry and therefore, the fallen angels couldn't have the sexual relationship with the daughters of men and took them as wives. They based on their doctrine on Matthew 22:30. When we research this whole subject in the light of the Bible's teaching, so we can see that the Bible teaches that the fallen angels impregnated the daughters of men and they got descendants (the giants). Matthew 22:30 says, that the angels in the heaven don't marry. The angels in the heaven are obedient and loyal to God, and they don't marry, but the fallen angels had impregnated the daughters of men as the Bible says to us in Genesis 6:4. Epilogue If anyone thinks that does the sons of God mean that in the heaven is more sons like Jesus, so it does not mean it. The Lord Jesus is the only begotten Son of God: 1 John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten (monogenes) Son into the world, that we might live through him. The only-begotten word comes from the Greek word monogenes, which means single of its kind and only. The word monogenes means also an only child, which parents have. Of course, when the word monogenes refer to the Lord Jesus there it means unique (single of its kind and only), for He alone is the Son of God, who is one with the Father. The Lord Jesus together with his Father created the heavens and the earth, and all the angels also angels who fell into sin. In the heaven are not similar sons as Jesus is, for the sons of God in the heaven are angels, as well as the fallen angels are the sons of God. Clear evidence of the Bible proves that the fallen sons of God are the fallen angels. Eph 6:12 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. According to the teaching of the Bible, evil spirits of the darkness (fallen angels) dominate and rule the people of the world by sins. Evil spirits entice and enslave with various sin people of this world. God delivers man from the slavery of sin and satan by faith of Jesus Christ, when we believe in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. When man confesses his sin to God and repents and believes in the Lord Jesus, so God will forgive his sins, and he receives eternal life in the Lord Jesus.
